November Theme Day - Books

Theme day is books and I thought I'd share my own book. I wrote "Walking Down Life's Path" which is shorts stories of bits and pieces of my life. I wanted my children and grandchildren to get to know me better. If anyone is interested in reading it, you can find it on Lulu.com, Amazon and Barnes & Noble online.


This is my grandson walking down the railroad tracks in Bellefonte. The train doesn't run here except on special occasions to take visitors on rides. This photo is by Tallyrand Park at the Visitors Center.

At the Renaissance Faire pickles on a stick were only $2.00 which I thought was reasonable.

Camera Critters - Elephant

We went to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire today and watched alot of the shows. We went to the one in Manheim, PA, about a two and a half hour drive from Bellefonte. Manheim is near Lancaster. I love the Medieval Times. Alot of Pirates, sword fighting, jousting, etc. I was able to snap off this photo of an elephant up close. He was giving the children rides.

It was hot out and this elephant was blowing air on himself. The trainer watered him down too.

This is showing how they put the children on the elephant for rides.

Family with the Troops - Love and Embrace

I thought this would be a good way to end this series on the troops by showing family and friends and the love we have for all that the troops do for our country.
