Looking out our window yesterday morning we saw this raw end of a huge branch of a neighboring pine tree. We had been experiencing heavy rains and strong winds a few days previous and the branch was very lengthy and heavy and it just broke off!
Sometimes this branch would reach out over our property. We are thankful that it did'nt fall on our fence, rather than being stretched out alongside it. Oh well, one less perching branch for visiting birds in Bird Alley.
