Here's one of the cakes available.
It's between 10am and noon and completely free. Plus information about Penpont, Keir, Tynron and Dunscore's twinning with four French villages. We visit them one year, and they come here the next, etc. - you get the picture. I always find my involvement with the Association a little bizarre as I am, technically, the Auld Enemy. But it will be a lovely croissanty morning.
Secondly, the two small boys are running an organised Sainsbury's Mile for Sports Relief on Sunday. For the information of those not in the UK, the money raised doesn't go towards relieving sports, but "to help transform the lives of poor and vulnerable people in the UK and across the world's poorest countries".
Should anyone wish to sponsor them, their Sports Relief giving page is here:
Have a good weekend. Or an ire-ish one, if you're doing the TFE Monday Challenge.
