The center of this Tiger Lily holds the gold
!Its like looking at the sun and
the pollen covered stamens hold the gold dust. We have lots of these golden centered lilies in our garden. Aren't they lovely?
Yellow coneflowers. If I were to count all of our tiger lilies and yellow cone flowers I don't know which flower would win the highest number. They are all so beautiful!
This yellow coneflower above is very full with petals and fluffy headed. It is in the same location where I had found it last year. I shall have to save some of its seeds this fall and spread it around. Its lovely!
This sun drop has attracted a visitor! This little green grasshopper has found it to be an attractive resting spot!
And a yellow lily. Finding a place here on its own colour merit.

Another yellow blossom which I hope proves very fruitful and produces yellow tomatoes. I started these plants from seeds in March inside my house and they have been slow in blossoming but now I'm hopeful that tomatoes will develop soon as the plants are now outdoors in pots. Maybe a yellow tomato picture sometime in August for my mellow yellow contribution!
