Every year that our lilacs come into bloom I wait for the Swallowtail butterflies to show up to feed uponthe lilacsi and they haven't failed me yet. These pictures were taken on June 7th. Also a yearly visitor to the lilacs have been clear wing hummingbird moths. as shown below.
